Hawaii Photographer ~ Plumeria Six Petals

Have you ever seen a six petal plumeria? I have seen a few times in the past, it is not very common. Plumeria is also known as Frangipanis or pua melia in Hawaiian. Even though the plumeria is common to Hawaii the plumeria is not indigenous to Hawaii. The plumeria were brought to hawaii in 1860 by a German botanist. The plumeria flower has a very sweet fragrance.
