USMC SILENT DRILL TEAM
Recently, the United States Marine Corps Battle Color Detachment visited the island of O’ahu for the first time. They held six performances around the island, and if you were lucky enough to see them, you were part of a history making event.
Being a former Marine and a fan of the pageantry of the Corps, I made my way out to MCB Kane’ohe Bay to watch them perform. Here are a few shots of the Silent Drill Team in formation and also during their unique rifle inspection sequence with the infamous ‘rifle toss’.
